Man breaks into American Red Cross

WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wellsville Police arrested a man Friday night after finding he unlawfully broke into an American Red Cross building.
Upon discovering a broken window in the back of the building on North Main Street, 42-year-old Thomas C. Wilson of Wellsville was found inside.
He was charged with burglary 3rd and criminal mischief 4th, and was arraigned in village court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail
