ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is facing charges after a reported domestic incident in Attica at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Attica Police say 30-year-old Eric J. Betz is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, after a female called 911 about a physical domestic incident at an apartment on Main Street. After police investigated, they arrested Betz.

Betz was arraigned in Attica Village Court and is due back in court during April.
