WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Wellsville man is accused of entering a Giant Food Mart store in Wellsville, after he had previously been banned from the business.

Sunday, 36-year-old Daniel Fronczak was charged with trespass and resisting arrest.

Wellsville Police say he was arraigned in village court and taken to Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
