JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Jamestown man is facing several charges for driving an ATV on city streets with a 4-year-old seated in front of him.
Police say around 2:30 p.m. on Labor Day, officers were called to Winsor Street on resident complaints of an ATV being driven there. Jamestown Police say they saw 30-year-old Stephen Glover driving down the road with a young child, who was not wearing a helmet.
Officers arrested Glover and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child, second degree unlicensed operation, no helmet, uninsured operation, unregistered ATV, rider in a non-permanent seat, driving on the sidewalk, and unlawful operation of an ATV on a street.
