BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police have arrested a 24-year-old man and his father on charges in connection with a triple shooting on East Delavan near the Canisius College campus.
Terry Gray, Jr. has been charged with three counts of assault for allegedly opening fire on three young men, ages 16, 17, and 18 on Tuesday around 6 p.m. Buffalo Police credit the city surveillance cameras with assisting in the arrest, saying video showed the incident and captured the suspect's license plate. Gray's father, Terry Gray, Sr., has been charged with assault and criminal facilitation.
Canisius College security personnel are also credited in aiding in the investigation. Officials helped secure the weapon allegedly used in the shooting.
All three young men were treated and released from ECMC.
