LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 20-year-old man has been charged with setting a fire at the Lockport Town and Country Club that damaged a maintenance building.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of Michael Hefferson of Somerset on Wednesday. Hefferson is charged with starting the blaze on July 10th. He has been charged with fourth degree arson and fourth degree criminal mischief.
He will appear in court at a later date.
