CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers arrested a man they found hiding in an attic after he allegedly violated an order of protection.
Wednesday night around 11:30 p.m., State Police responded to a home in Clarence. Authorities say 24-year-old Julian Jones of Tonawanda came to the home in violation of an order of protection, and when the victim attempted to call police, Jones tried to stop the victim.
Police found Jones hiding in the attic and arrested him for first degree criminal contempt, fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment.
After being arraigned, Jones was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on $10,000 bail.
