PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) - After responding to several 911 calls about an accident in the Town of Pendleton, police arrested and charged Louis G. Friedly with Leandra's Law DWI and failure to yield the right of way.
Around 10 p.m. Friday night, police determined Friedly failed to yield the right of way to a South bound after attempting to turn left onto Fisk Rd.
At the time of the accident, Friedly had his 13 and 17-year-old sons in the vehicle.
Friedly and his sons were not injured, however the driver of the other vehicle, Thomas Dipasquele was transported to ECMC for non-life-threatening injuries.
