ARKWRIGHT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man who rolled his car Saturday morning was arrested immediately after for DWI.
State Police responded to Bard Road in Arkwright after they say 47-year-old Robert Francis of Cassadaga hit a ditch and rolled his vehicle. Francis suffered minor injuries and police say he failed field sobriety tests.
At the barracks, troopers say Francis had a .18 percent BAC. He has been charged with aggravated DWI, unlicensed operator, no insurance, unsafe speed and unregistered motor vehicle. He is due back in court on December 27.
