BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man is now facing murder charges for a deadly shooting on the city's east side.

Prosecutors say 23-year-old Darryl Jones shot and killed 28-year-old Stephen Sanders on Marigold Avenue in December while trying to rob him. Jones was arraigned in State Supreme Court Tuesday morning on second degree murder and attempted robbery charges.
