BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man is charged with a September murder that happened outside of Lee’s Lounge on Fillmore Avenue.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 22-year-old John W. Carney, also known as BJ, was charged with the murder of 20-year-old Jeremy Lott. He is also charged with seriously wounding 20-year-old Lareecea Love.
Carney is charged with second-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. If convicted of the crimes, Carney faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life.
