OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A grand jury has indicted a Cattaraugus County man on seventeen counts involving the rape of a child.

Authorities say in Olean between November 2009 and December 2010, Timothy Retchless had sexual intercourse with a minor. He's facing four counts of third degree rape.

MORE | News 4 reported in August that Retchless, a former teacher in the Cattaraugus-Little Valley School District, allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old girl in a vehicle parked in a cemetery's parking lot

During that same time period, authorities say Retchless sent the child indecent material, as a result he's facing 12 counts of disseminating indecent material to minors.

Retchless is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
