BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 49-year-old man now awaits his fate for child sex abuse.

William Malley of Buffalo has been convicted on several counts, including rape and using a child in a sexual performance. Prosecutors say he moved to Florida after the abuse and later returned to face the charges.

He faces up to 65 years behind bars when he's sentenced next month.
