NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A North Collins man was arrested and charged with DWI and traffic infractions Saturday afternoon around 3:41p.m.

Spencer Shipley, 42, was arrested after further investigation of a car roll over crash on Versailles Plank Rd. near Snow Road. He was treated at the scene for minor injuries, but a breath test revealed his BAC was .15%.

He was processed at the North Collins Station and released on appearance tickets.
