NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man was arrested after allegedly destroying a recliner, sofa chair and coffee table during a domestic dispute.
State Police responded to a North Collins home Wednesday after a woman called 911, stating her husband was destroying furniture. Troopers arrived and placed 37-year-old Jeremy Yetter under arrest, charging him with fourth degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He is due back in court at a later date.
