CARROLL, N.Y. (WIVB) - Sheriff’s Patrol stopped a vehicle on Water Street in the Town of Carroll around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.
They stopped 24-year-old Adam Sutton of Frewsburg after observing his vehicle driving over the center yellow lines into the opposite lane.
Sutton appeared to have been driving while intoxicated which lead to his arrest.
He was taken into custody and charged with DWI, B.A.C. of .08% or greater, and Fail to keep right.
Sutton was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court on a later date.
