BUSTI, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 76-year-old man of Lakewood was arrested Saturday night shortly after 9:30p.m. in the Town of Busti.

Deputies stopped the vehicle after it was observed driving outside of the lane.

Following an investigation, Guy E. Lyons was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

He was taken into custody and charged with DWI, Failure to Use Designated Lane, and Driving Across Hazardous Markings. Pending the results of a chemical test, there may be more charges.

Lyons was later released to appear in Busti Town Court later.
