BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man faces felony DWI charges after police say they found him drinking a beer while driving with his young child in the back seat.
Police stopped 41 year old Erold Menifee's car and say he had a open car of beer between his legs and his 9 year old daughter in the back seat.
He's charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to use a designated lane, and driving with an unbelted youth in the back seat.
