CONEWANGO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police have arrested one of four suspects in a November 23rd home invasion, in the Town of Conewango. Police arrested 26-year-old Anthony J. Eames in the Elmira area, in connection to the incident in Cattaraugus County.
Police say Earnes and three others entered a home around 1 a.m, assaulted a male victim and stole three rifles, one shotgun and a cell phone. Earnes is charged with first-degree robbery.
The other suspects are described as:
- Male / Black 6’ 2” 230 lbs, large build with dreadlock style hair, six inches in length.
- Male / Black 5’ 10 to 6’ 170 lbs medium build.
- Male / Black 5’ 6” 150 lbs thin build.
