TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Tonawanda man is accused of several disturbing charges involving two children.
The District Attorney’s Office says 32-year-old Shawn McIntosh allegedly took pornographic, lewd photographs of two girls under the age of 11. He is accused of subjecting juveniles to sexual contact with a sexual device.
McIntosh is charged with four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
McIntosh was arrested by the Town of Tonawanda Police. He is in custody without bail. He could face up to 50 years in prison, if convicted.
