AKRON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 20-year-old man is facing drunk driving charges after a one-car crash early Wednesday morning.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the crash on Skyline Drive, in Akron, around 4:10 a.m. Wednesday. Deputies say they arrested Joseph F. Croft and charged him with DWI, imprudent speed and failure to maintain roadway.

Deputies say Croft refused a breath test, he was released on appearance tickets.
