BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a man is facing his fourth DWI arrest in 20 years, after being stopped for speeding at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say 48-year-old Mark Augugliaro, of Cheektowaga, was stopped on Route 33 for allegedly traveling at 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Police say he submitted a breath test that revealed a BAC of .09 percent.
Augugliaro is due in court in December.
