Man faces two DWI charges in one day

SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Springville man is in double trouble Monday morning. State Police say 52-year-old Earl Williams was found to be intoxicated after an accident on Boston State Road around 8 p.m. Sunday. Williams was taken to ECMC with back pain.
While officers searched his car they found an appearance ticket issued by the Erie County Sheriff’s for a DWI arrest 18 hours earlier.
The sheriff’s department says that besides that DWI, Williams was found to have in his possession prescription pills not prescribed to him, as well as what is believed to be cocaine.
