BELMONT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Connecticut man will have to make a return trip to the southern tier, but not by choice.

State Police have charged 29-year-old Luis Fernandez of Hartford with 73 vehicle and traffic tickets and two misdemeanors. Troopers say Fernandez led police on two high-speed chases through Allegany County over the weekend, reaching speeds of nearly a-hundred miles an hour.
