Man greets officers with a shotgun

CONCORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - When police answered a domestic call on Saturday, they say they were greeted at the door of the home by a man holding a loaded shotgun.

Troopers were called to State Road in the Town of Concord and say Donald Felix, no age given, stood in the doorway with the weapon as officers approached. The woman involved in the incident told police Felix had prevented her from leaving after a verbal altercation.

Felix has been charged with menacing a police officer, unlawful imprisonment, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center on $500 bail.
