HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A final defendant has been convicted in last year's armed robbery of an Outback Steakhouse on McKinley Parkway in Hamburg.
Joseph Tucker, III faces 15 years at sentencing in November. Three co-defendants, including the restaurant's dishwasher, took earlier guilty pleas in connection with the robbery, admitting they tied victims up in the restaurant and fled in a stolen car.
