BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - He shot a lifelong friend while trying to prevent him from driving drunk.
On Thursday, Justice Penny Wolfgang found 69-year-old Adel McTier of Amherst guilty of manslaughter after a non-jury trial. McTier gunned down 65-year-old Alton Sease outside the victim's Buffalo home last year.
