BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man has been found guilty of a summer-time killing.

An Erie County Court jury has convicted 21-year-old Brandon Harper of murder in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Joseph Hale during a robbery near Ellicott and Edna Streets in Buffalo last year.

Harper's co-defendant Kevin Milon pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter.
