DAYTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man arrested for DWI while driving a garden tractor pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
Just before 10 p.m. on July 14, Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies were called to Rt. 322 in the Town of Dayton for a report of a garden tractor driving down the road. When deputies arrived, they stopped 62-year-old Robert Scott of South Dayton and placed him under arrest for felony DWI.
Scott's BAC was reportedly .15 percent. He pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County Court on Tuesday.
