WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Williamsville man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges alleging he had bombs in his possession and was also making explosives.
Duncan Badding, 25, was arrested on August 8, and authorities say they found explosives in every room of his Williamsburg Square apartment. But Badding and those who know him contend the young man just has a passion for chemistry, and never intended to harm anyone with his actions.
If found guilty on these charges, Badding faces a maximum of 10 years in jail.
