BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A North Buffalo man has been indicted on charges he tried to persuade a minor to engage in sexual activity.
Prosecutors say Robert Dombrowki, 50, began online chats with somoene he believe to be a minor in February of 2012. In March of that year, authorities say Dombrowski went to a restaurant to meet the minor, only to be taken into custody by the FBI.
On Thursday, Dombrowski was indicted on charges of attempting to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce a minor to engage in sexual activity. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison.
