TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Tonawanda Man is charged Sunday night with leaving his one-year old and three-year old children home alone while he went to a bar.

Twenty-seven year old Brian Jamieson of Simson Street is charged with felony DWI and two counts of endangering a child.

Neighbors called police Saturday night after they reportedly saw one of his children walking alone in the street.
