Man on active warrant from NV found

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Genesee County Sheriffs arrested a man on an active warrant after stopping his vehicle Friday night.
The vehicle was stopped around 10:30 p.m. in the City of Batavia after observed driving with no headlights or taillights.
Upon further investigation, the operator of the vehicle was identified as Kevin J. Bacon Jr., II.
Bacon was arrested on an active warrant from the State of Nevada back in August of this year.
The 27-year-old was charged with committing the crime of Sexual Assault of a Child Under the Age of 14.
He was later held without bail as a Fugitive from Justice after being arraigned in the Batavia Town Court.
