JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Officers responded to a call just before 9:30 Friday night at Breaktime Bar in Jamestown involving a disorderly person.
After observing the suspect, 36-year-old Aaron R. Johnson leave the bar in a vehicle, they stopped the car at Bullfrog Hotel.
While interviewing Johnson, he started placing an unknown white powder substance in his mouth.
The suspect refused to stop when the officers told him to do so causing the officers to take him into custody.
He was taken to the City Jail and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
He remains at the City Jail pending an arraignment.
