Car rolls onto its roof in ditch

KIANTONE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two people were taken to the hospital Thursday night after being involved in a rollover accident in the Town of Kiantone.
Jeffrey Perrin, 46, of Falconer lost control of his vehicle causing it to roll over on its roof in a ditch. The driver and passenger, 41-year-old Angela Person of Falconer, were treated by EMS before being taken to WCA Hospital for minor injuries.
Perrin was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Moving from Lane Unsafely, Unsafe Tires, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operating without Insurance. Further charges are possible pending the results of a blood test.
Perrin is due to appear in Kiantone Town Court on a later date.
