BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man who was convicted of selling cocaine to a network of customers in Cheektowaga and Buffalo, learned his sentence Tuesday. In a U.S. District courtroom, 48-year-old Gregory Miller was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
An assistant U.S. attorney says Miller was involved in drug trafficking. Miller and nine others were arrested in June 2011. Miller allegedly purchased cocaine from Charles Palmer, who allegedly stored and sold cocaine from an auto shop on Broadway Street, in Sloan. Palmer is awaiting trial.
