Man shot in chest after answering door

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara Falls Police say a man answered the door and ended up with a bullet in his chest.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning on Elmwood Avenue in the Falls. The shooter took off. Police believe drugs triggered the attack.
The name and condition of the 28-year-old victim has not been released. Anyone with information is asked to call Niagara Falls Police.
