BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police are investigating a deadly Tuesday afternoon shooting on the city's east side.

Police say 28-year-old Barelle Harris, of Buffalo, was gunned down on Goodyear Avenue around 1:20 p.m. and was rushed to ECMC, where he was pronounced dead.

Anyone with information is asked to call or text the confidential tip line at 847-2255.
