BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police responded to Sumner Place on the city's east side after reports of a shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Sources tell News 4 a man in his 20s was shot twice, once in the head and once in the chest. The victim was taken to ECMC. We do not know his condition.

Sources say police are looking for a 15-year-old who may be responsible for the shooting.
