BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police say a man shot on August 8th has become the city's 29th homicide of 2012.
Twenty-three-year-old Jeremy Thomas was shot twice while walking down Sumner Place, once in the head and once in the chest. Authorities say Thomas passed away around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, two weeks after the shooting.
Police say the suspect is described as a black man who was wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts and was last seen riding a blue and white bike south on Sumner towards Walden Avenue.
