WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man found sleeping in his car in the Walmart parking lot in Warsaw has been locked up on $2,500 bail.
Wyoming County Sheriff's deputies responded to the store Monday morning around 3:30 a.m. after employees reported a suspicious vehicle in the lot. Officers interviewed 55-year-old Kenneth Fink of Kenmore, and say he gave a false name. Deputies determined Fink had an outstanding warrant in the City of Tonawanda, and also had a Non-Driver ID Card with five active suspensions.
Fink was arrested and his vehicle was towed from the scene. He has been charged with false personation, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator and failure to notify DMV of change of address.
When he is eventually released from the Wyoming County Jail, he will be turned over to City of Tonawanda Police.
