FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man was stabbed in the back at a construction site in Fredonia.

Police say Luis Morales-Pagan stabbed a construction worker in the back when he was asked to leave the site. Morales-Pagan was arrested at the scene. He is facing a charge of second degree assault.

The victim is recovering at ECMC.
