Man steals ipods and gets arrested

DEWITTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - On Friday around 10 a.m. in Dewittville, a 21-year-old man of Ashville was arrested on Petit Larceny charges.
Allegedly, David Niemeyer stole two ipods from a home in the Town of Chautauqua.
He was arrainged in the Chautauqua Cort and committed to the County Jail in leiu of $500 bail.
