BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo insurance agent now admits he ripped off a woman battling cancer.
Thirty-six-year-old Scott Huber pleaded guilty Tuesday to grand larceny. He stole more than $50,000 from the Mary Tomaselli Benefit Trust, money that was supposed to help pay for her cancer treatments.
Tomaselli died earlier this year. She was the former owner of La Tee Da restaurant in Allentown.
