Man stopped for expired sticker, DWI

BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Orchard Park man was arrested after his vehicle was stopped when a trooper observed his expired inspection sticker.
The driver, 22-year-old Robert Fenski appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the traffic stop.
He was given standardized field sobriety tests which lead to his arrest for DWI. Fenski was also found to be in possession of marijuana.
After providing a chemical test resulting in a BAC of .10% he was later released.
He is due to appear in the Town of Boston Court on January 28th.
