BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Monday, 26-year-old Antoine Garner will be back in court to stand trial for statutory rape. Last month, in a separate case, he was convicted of attacking a prostitute.

Most people will know Garner from his link to the Amanda Wienchowski case . It’s believed he may have been the last person to see her alive. Wienchowski’s body was discovered in a Buffalo garbage tote in 2009.
