NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A third trial will be held for a man who was previously convicted of shooting high school classmates in North Tonawanda more than 30-years ago.
New York State's highest court ruled not to block the new trial for Robie Drake. He's been convicted twice in the 1981 shootings deaths of Steven Rosenthal and Amy Smith.
But both of those convictions were overturned because of legal mistakes.
