BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man will spend the next 15 months in prison for his participation in a conspiracy to sell stolen prescription narcotics.
Scott Bald, 26, was sentenced Monday. In December of 2010, his partner in crime robbed the Clinton Pharmacy on Clinton Street in Buffalo. Michael McCallum threatened employees before making off with over 1,300 pills.
After the robbery, Bald and McCallum worked together to sell the pills all over western New York. McCallum has already been sentenced to 27 months in prison.
