TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A City of Tonawanda man is behind bars, charged with felony DWI and accused of hitting two pedestrians.
Forty-seven-year-old Anthony Regalla is facing his fifth DWI charge. The latest came on June 20th, when a man and woman were struck leaving a bar on Oliver Street in North Tonawanda.
Regalla faces several other charges, including vehicular assault.
