BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police say a Cheektowaga man stole the cash register from an Elmwood Avenue store and fled.

Buffalo Police arrested 39-year-old Robert Kaiser on Monday and charged him with burglary, petit larceny and criminal mischief. Authorities say Kaiser broke into Poster Art at the corner of Elmwood and Bird on January 29 and stole the cash register.

The suspect was caught on surveillance footage.
